  • USP Oxygen 99%

Many of our customers have established their own criteria by monitoring the performance of the system over a given time period, reviewing literature/specifications, evaluating equipment parameters, and determining company objectives. After a thorough evaluation, specification limits are established and implemented into a management plan.

If the specification that you are interested in is not listed above, please fax your specification to us at 512-263-0002. We will determine if we can perform the analysis and provide a quote.

Health Care Facilities

The NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities, 2005 specification provides requirements for medical gas systems in health care facilites. Trace provides air and gas analyses in support of these guidelines to medical gas installers and verifiers and directly to healthcare facilities who maintain their own equipment.

These testing requirements include:

  • Piping Purity (Air, O2, N2O, N2)
  • Piping Particulate
  • Medical Air Purity
  • Medical Gas Concentration Test (O2, N2O, N2)

Trace's routine turnaround for results is fast – within 24 hours of receipt with immediate notification if sample fails to meet specifications. Test results are sent electronically within an additional work day. However, if your job is on hold waiting for results, Rush Services are available. Sample results can be provided the same day of receipt of your sample at our laboratory for an additional rush fee.

For compliance with NFPA 99's requirements for Piping Purity, Piping Particulate and Medical Gas Concentration Test, we recommend that you contact us for the name of one of our distributors who specializes in medical gas testing.

If you are an installer or verifier, please contact us to determine how we can support your testing requirements. Ask us for information regarding our Medical Gas Distributor Program and pricing.
