As especifica\u00e7\u00f5es de salas limpas podem ser aplicadas a sistemas de ar comprimido e inclu\u00eddas em planos de monitoramento para garantir a qualidade durante todo o ano.  <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-1 fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\" style=\"--awb-text-color:#181e21;\"><div class=\"title-sep-container title-sep-container-left fusion-no-large-visibility fusion-no-medium-visibility fusion-no-small-visibility\"><div class=\"title-sep sep- sep-solid\" style=\"border-color:#9ca1a6;\"><\/div><\/div><span class=\"awb-title-spacer fusion-no-large-visibility fusion-no-medium-visibility fusion-no-small-visibility\"><\/span><h3 class=\"title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:26;line-height:1.15;\">Recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a qualidade do ar comprimido<\/h3><span class=\"awb-title-spacer\"><\/span><div class=\"title-sep-container title-sep-container-right\"><div class=\"title-sep sep- sep-solid\" style=\"border-color:#9ca1a6;\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/ispe.org\/publications\/guidance-documents\/good-practice-guide-process-gases\">Guia de Boas Pr\u00e1ticas da Sociedade Internacional de Engenheiros Farmac\u00eauticos (ISPE)<\/a> recomenda que, &#8220;nos casos em que o g\u00e1s estiver entrando em uma \u00e1rea classificada, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que ele atenda, no m\u00ednimo, aos limites de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o da sala estabelecidos para o ambiente da sala limpa&#8221; (2016). Al\u00e9m disso, a mais recente Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o da FDA dos EUA para a ind\u00fastria de produtos farmac\u00eauticos est\u00e9reis produzidos por processamento ass\u00e9ptico &#8211; Boas pr\u00e1ticas de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o atuais recomenda que &#8220;o g\u00e1s comprimido deve ter a pureza adequada&#8230; e sua qualidade microbiol\u00f3gica e de part\u00edculas ap\u00f3s a filtragem deve ser igual ou melhor do que a do ar no ambiente em que o g\u00e1s \u00e9 introduzido&#8221;. <\/p>\n<p>Usando as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es da FDA dos EUA e da ISPE GPG, os fabricantes de produtos farmac\u00eauticos podem avaliar adequadamente a qualidade de seus gases processados, incluindo nitrog\u00eanio, oxig\u00eanio, arg\u00f4nio, di\u00f3xido de carbono e ar comprimido. Chad Larrabee, l\u00edder global de gerenciamento de produtos da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pharmamanufacturing.com\/articles\/2019\/compressed-air-often-overlooked\/\">Ingersoll Rand<\/a> e copresidente do GPG: Process Gases, explica que o ar comprimido usado em ambientes de sala limpa deve corresponder aos n\u00edveis de qualidade exigidos por essa sala (2019), conforme mencionado pela FDA. <\/p>\n<p>A norma da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional de Padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o (ISO), ISO 8573:2010, \u00e9 comumente usada para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de ar comprimido em diversos setores. Os fabricantes de produtos farmac\u00eauticos geralmente preferem especifica\u00e7\u00f5es de sala limpa em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 ISO 8573-1 para aderir \u00e0s suas instala\u00e7\u00f5es de sala limpa. Para facilitar a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o entre fabricantes e distribuidores, as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es <a href=\"https:\/\/www.airchecklab.com\/services\/manufacturing-iso-8573-1\/\">da ISO 8573-1<\/a> podem ser traduzidas para especifica\u00e7\u00f5es de salas limpas. O ar comprimido pode ser usado em contato direto com os produtos para limp\u00e1-los, arej\u00e1-los ou mov\u00ea-los pelos processos. Ele tamb\u00e9m pode ser usado para embalagem. Os gases de processo podem ser usados em bombas de fluido que levam os produtos pelos processos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e enchimento. O ar comprimido \u00e9 contaminado pela aspira\u00e7\u00e3o de ar ambiente n\u00e3o filtrado, no qual part\u00edculas, \u00e1gua, \u00f3leo e\/ou microrganismos entram no sistema pela entrada. <\/p>\n<p>Para evitar paralisa\u00e7\u00f5es ou perda de receita e da confian\u00e7a do consumidor, os fabricantes de produtos farmac\u00eauticos podem implementar filtragem adequada, secadores dessecantes e testar regularmente o ar comprimido em um laborat\u00f3rio credenciado. Por esse motivo, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio projetar um <a href=\"https:\/\/docsend.com\/view\/7dqkadt\">plano de monitoramento e amostragem<\/a> que permita \u00e0s instala\u00e7\u00f5es detectar poss\u00edveis problemas antes de danificar qualquer produto (Larrabee, 2019). <\/p>\n<p>Uma<a href=\"https:\/\/docsend.com\/view\/9m3gax4\"> avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de risco<\/a> criada pela instala\u00e7\u00e3o pode ajudar a determinar a frequ\u00eancia e os locais de amostragem. \u00c9 importante que os fabricantes considerem os riscos exclusivos de suas instala\u00e7\u00f5es. Os fabricantes podem optar por testar trimestralmente para levar em conta as mudan\u00e7as sazonais, antes e depois da manuten\u00e7\u00e3o ou anualmente. Testar uma vez por ano satisfaz as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es do padr\u00e3o atual, mas n\u00e3o fornece dados suficientes para realizar uma an\u00e1lise de tend\u00eancias.   <\/p>\n<p>A Ingersoll Rand fornece sistemas de ar comprimido sem \u00f3leo certificados pela TUV para a classe 0 de acordo com a ISO 8573-1:2010, o que significa que o compressor n\u00e3o adiciona \u00f3leo ao fluxo de ar. No entanto, o \u00f3leo ainda pode entrar na entrada do compressor pela atmosfera.
