(G) The concentration of gaseous hydrocarbons may not exceed 25 ppmv (as methane).
(H) The difference between the source and the outlet most remote from the source shall be no more than 5 ppm. If no source sample was taken, source TVHC and Halogenated Hydrocartbons are assumed to be zero. Does not include Methane.
(M) NFPA 99-2012, 5.1.12.3.12.1: "The medical air source shall be analyzed for concentration of contaminants by volume prior to the source valve being opened." This specification includes medical air from Table 5.1.12.3.11 and contaminants from Table 5.1.12.3.12.3.
(M1) This specification for USP Medical Air has been modified to exclude the liquid oil/water parameter. The specification requires checking for liquid oil/water by inverting a cylinder and looking for visible liquid. Since the air being tested from this medical air system does not contain a cylinder than can be so sampled, this parameter has been excluded.
(N2) The pure gas concentration is determined to ± 0.3% absolute, then all other determined gases are subtracted from 100.00% to arrive at the reported value. Gases present but not determined may cause an error in the reported value of the pure gas.
(N2O) The pure gas concentration is determined to ± 0.3% absolute, then all other determined gases are subtracted from 100.00% to arrive at the reported value. Gases present but not determined may cause an error in the reported value of the pure gas. N2 cannot be determined in the presence of N2O.
(O) This report covers only NFPA 99-2012, 5.1.12.3.7 Piping Particulate Test; no gas/vapor results are reported.
(O2) The pure gas concentration is determined to ± 0.3% absolute, then all other determined gases are subtracted from 100.00 % to arrive at the reported value. Gases present but not determined may cause an error in the reported value of the pure gas.
(T) Includes Methane
