Air Testing is simply testing the quality of any compressed air that is used in the process of manufacturing your product. Compressed air that is used directly on your product or indirectly with your product should be tested. Potential contaminants for compressed air include but are not limited to: Water, Dirt, Oil, Micro-organisms, Rust and Pipescale. Failure to monitor and control contaminants can result in the contamination of your product.

Contaminated compressed air can result in recalls, consumer injury, down production time, lawsuits or worse. Quality Assurance includes knowing the quality of the compressed air that is used directly or indirectly on your product. The AirCheck Kit™ K8573 is designed to sample for particles, water and oil of your compressed air at the point of use. Samples are submitted to Trace’s laboratory for analysis and then compared to air quality specifications per your instructions.

The AirCheck Kit™ is easy to use and transport. The sampling media used for capturing air samples is very lightweight and economical to return to Trace’s lab. We have customers sending samples to us from all over the world.
