Compressed Air Testing Services

Our compressed air sampling kits — the AirCheck✓™ Kits — are designed to capture compressed air and gas samples for purity analysis by our laboratory. We can accommodate Compressed Air & Gas Testing Specifications like ISO 8573, NFPA 1989, NFPA 99, OSHA, CGA, CSA, and many more. Contact Us to discuss your compressed air testing needs.

Our AirCheck✓™ Kits are simple to use, yet scientifically designed to obtain reliable and representative compressed air and gas samples. A one-time purchase of the Kit (sampling hardware) eliminates the need to ship the hardware back to the laboratory each time you take an air sample. This allows you to simply ship the lightweight, non-pressurized samples by the return method of your choice. There is never a bulky, pressurized cylinder to send to the lab for analysis. Compressed Breathing Air Testing

Trace Analytics has been providing certification to compressed breathing air specifications since 1989. The AirCheck Kit models K201 and K902 are simple to use. Sampling can be accomplished in as little as 10 minutes. All air samples are typically analyzed within 1 work day of receipt at our lab. If your sample fails to meet breathing air quality specifications, we will contact you by phone, fax and/or e-mail within one business day. When a sample fails to meet specifications, you have up to 30 days to take your free breathing air sample re-test. All other certified reports are finalized and e-mailed by the following day if not sooner. If your project demands an even faster response, Same Day Rush service is available. Rush analyses must be pre-scheduled and are subject to lab personnel availability. Many of our customers require testing on a periodic basis. We provide friendly e-mail reminders to keep you on schedule.

We have a large network of independent AirCheck✓™ Service Distributors that specialize in high pressure breathing air and can provide you with air testing services. Many can also provide maintenance, upgrades, service contracts, and consulting.

Compressed Air Testing to ISO 8573

Trace Analytics has designed the AirCheck Kit models K810 and K802 to meet the demand for compressed air and gas purity testing in the manufacturing sectors. Clean, dry, and oil-free air is necessity to avoid contamination in the manufacture of food, drugs, and equipment used in critical processes. Sample collection and analytical methods are based on ISO 8573 protocols. Alternative methods are may be used. Request our White Paper for specifics.

Collection is easy with our Step by Step Manuals and Videos online. All air and gas samples are analyzed within 5 working days once received in our lab. Your certified results will be emailed to you. If your project demands an even faster response, a 1 working day Rush Service is available. Rush analyses must be pre-scheduled and are subject to lab personnel availability.
